The run will be along Fistral Beach and in the form of a track 1km long. The participants will be required to do 3 laps to complete

    The SUP race will be held in the sea and participants will be required to paddle straight out against the waves then around a buoy and back to the beach.

    Yoga

    The Yoga will take place on Fistral Beach and will be an up beat ashatango style.

     

    There will be a large sectioned off area for the participants and the instructor will be elevated on a stage during the class with 3 assistants on the ground.

     

    Be aware you may be adjusted by one of the assistants during the class.
